Position: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with executives about plans and strategies.
• Support the CEO or executive team's vision and process ideals.
• Create long-term plans and initiatives to accomplish company goals efficiently.
• Oversee Inventory Management.
• Implement Quality Assurance controls.
• Ensure delivery risks are appropriately managed and escalated.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance profitability and reduce value leakage.
• Analyze budgets to minimize expenses without sacrificing profits.
• Create and monitor projects and teams.
• Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with other teams to implement strategies and cross-training efforts.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance or closely related degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting and training.
